Terms of Service
Chapter 1 General Provisions
Article 1 (Purpose)
The purpose of these Terms is to stipulate the rights, obligations, responsibilities, service-use conditions, procedures, and other necessary matters between SALTMiNE Inc. (the "Company") and users in connection with the use of Career Space (the "Service") operated by the Company.
Article 2 (Definitions)
The terms used in these Terms are defined as follows:
- Service: Collectively refers to the Career Space platform and its accompanying web/mobile services, AI-based job-disposition analysis, career reports, educational content, enterprise matching, and recruitment information services provided by the Company.
- User: Members (individuals/companies) and non-members who agree to these Terms and use the Service provided by the Company.
- Member: A person who has completed registration in accordance with the procedures established by the Company and may continuously use the Service.
- Enterprise Member: A corporation or organization that uses the Service for enterprise purposes such as recruitment, talent search, and organizational analysis.
- SMTi (SALTmind Type Indicator): The Company's proprietary job-behavior disposition indicator derived from a user's behavioral data and response data.
- Behavioral Data: Activity records that form the basis for job-disposition analysis, including inputs, selections, clicks, and time spent during Service use.
- Paid Service: Products provided by the Company for a fee, such as analysis reports, in-depth consulting, and enterprise-only matching solutions.
Article 3 (Posting and Effect of the Terms)
- The Company shall post these Terms on the initial screen or a linked screen of the Service so that users can easily review their contents.
- The Company may amend these Terms within the scope of not violating relevant laws.
- When the Terms are amended, the Company shall give notice via announcement or email at least 7 days before the effective date (30 days before for changes unfavorable to users). If a user does not explicitly express refusal by the effective date, they shall be deemed to have agreed to the amended Terms.
Chapter 2 Service Use Agreement
Article 4 (Formation and Restriction of the Use Agreement)
The Use Agreement is formed when the user agrees to these Terms and submits a use application, and the Company accepts it.
The Company may refuse acceptance or subsequently terminate the agreement in any of the following cases:
- Identity theft or entry of false information
- Application made for the purpose of disrupting Service operations
- Past disqualification from use due to violations of these Terms
Article 5 (Management of Member Information)
- Members shall keep their personal information up to date, and any disadvantage caused by failure to update is borne by the member.
- Responsibility for managing the account (ID) and password rests with the member, and the member must notify the Company immediately upon any suspicion of theft.
Chapter 3 Provision of Services and Analysis Data
Article 6 (Contents of the Service)
The Company provides the following services to users:
- AI-based job-disposition analysis and reports
- Customized career consulting and competency-development educational content
- Provision of enterprise recruitment information and talent-matching services for enterprise members
- User profile and analysis-data management system
Article 7 (Nature of AI Analysis and Results)
- Reference Information: Job-analysis results are statistical estimates based on algorithms and do not definitively guarantee the user's competencies or future performance.
- Responsibility for Decisions: Users and enterprise members shall use the analysis results as reference materials for career exploration and recruitment, and final decisions made on this basis are the responsibility of the parties involved.
Article 8 (Enterprise Matching Service)
- The Company supports the provision of information and connections; it does not guarantee the acceptance or working conditions of any specific company.
- Responsibility for the truthfulness of recruitment information registered by an enterprise member rests with that enterprise member.
Chapter 4 Paid Services and Refunds
Article 9 (Payment and Refund)
- Prices and refund conditions for paid services follow the separate policies and terms specified on the payment screen.
- Refund Restrictions: Due to the nature of digital content, refunds may be restricted under the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce when service provision—such as viewing of an analysis report—has been completed.
- Specific refund procedures shall apply the [Refund and Subscription Cancellation Policy] posted by the Company first.
Chapter 5 Personal Information and Data Use
Article 10 (Use of Behavioral Data)
- The Company may collect and analyze users' behavioral data to advance the Service and improve the accuracy of job analysis.
- Personally identifiable data is strictly protected in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
- For statistical and research purposes, data may be processed in pseudonymized or anonymized form for use.
Article 11 (Restriction on Entry of Sensitive Information)
- Users shall not enter sensitive information unrelated to the purpose of the Service (resident registration number, religion, political views, etc.).
- If unnecessary sensitive information is entered, the Company may delete it at its discretion or restrict use.
Chapter 6 Rights and Obligations
Article 12 (Intellectual Property Rights)
- Company's Rights: All intellectual property rights to the design, job-analysis algorithms, report formats, content, etc. within the Service belong to the Company.
- User's Rights: Rights to original information entered by the user belong to the user. However, the Company may use such information within the scope necessary for providing and improving the Service.
- Users may not commercially copy, distribute, or modify reports without the Company's written consent.
Article 13 (User's Obligations)
Users shall not engage in the following acts:
- Unauthorized data collection using automated programs (bots, crawlers)
- Unauthorized reproduction or commercial resale of analysis results and content
- Defamation of the Company or third parties and infringement of intellectual property rights
Chapter 7 Miscellaneous
Article 14 (Disclaimer)
- The Company is not liable for service interruptions caused by force-majeure events such as natural disasters or server failures.
- The Company is not liable for the reliability or accuracy of information posted by users, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence.
Article 15 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
- Interpretation of these Terms and dispute resolution shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
- Lawsuits regarding any disputes that arise shall be filed in the competent court under the Civil Procedure Act.

These Terms shall take effect on May 1, 2026.
