AI Analysis Notice
SALTMiNE Inc. (the "Company") provides AI- and algorithm-based analysis through the Career Space service to precisely analyze users' job dispositions, behavioral characteristics, career direction, and job fit. This notice is provided to help users clearly understand the purpose, data used, meaning and limits of results, and rights related to AI analysis.
Article 1 (Purpose of AI Analysis)
The Company performs the following purposes to help users with self-understanding and career exploration:
- Deriving the user's job disposition (SMTi) and behavioral characteristics
- Generating customized job-analysis reports and recommending career/educational content
- Supporting matching with enterprise recruitment information and improving algorithms
- Improving service quality, detecting errors, and ensuring service stability
※ The purpose of this analysis is to provide reference information; it does not definitively judge competencies or performance.
Article 2 (Information Used for AI Analysis)
The Company uses the following information for analysis:
- Directly Entered Information: Nickname, career/education, roles of interest, skills, self-introduction, survey responses, and text answers.
- Service Use Information: Behavioral data such as click/view records, dwell time, and report-generation history.
- Generated Information: SMTi type, analysis-report results, recommended roles, and matching-likelihood indicators.
- Operations Information: IP address, device information, and error logs.
※ The Company does not require entry of sensitive information such as resident registration number or religion. Users should not enter unnecessary sensitive information during the analysis process.
Article 3 (How AI Analysis Works and the Meaning of Reports)
- Analysis Methods: Survey-response analysis, behavioral-pattern analysis, keyword analysis, and comparative analysis with similar job groups — including report-text generation and summarization.
- SMTi (SALTmind Type Indicator): A proprietary job-behavior disposition indicator derived from the user's data.
- Nature of the Report: A statistical and algorithmic estimate; not a definitive evaluation that guarantees the user's actual competencies or recruitment outcomes.
Article 4 (Limitations of AI Analysis Results and Cautions)
Users should recognize the following limits of AI analysis and use it carefully:
- Results depend on the accuracy and recency of the input information; inaccurate input may distort results.
- AI analysis may not perfectly reflect all of the user's context and values, and may differ from actual self-perception.
- Due to model characteristics, data bias or text-generation errors may occur.
- Decision-making: For important career decisions, do not rely solely on AI results — use them alongside your own judgment and expert consultation.
Article 5 (Limits on Enterprise Matching and Automated Decisions)
- Third-Party Provision: The Company provides reports and SMTi results to enterprise members only with the user's explicit consent.
- Decision-Maker: Enterprise members must not make decisions that materially affect users — such as hiring, rejection, or placement — based solely on AI analysis results; the final decision must follow the enterprise's own separate procedures.
- Limits on Automated Decisions: The Company does not automatically process material decisions with legal or economic impact — such as hiring outcomes or account termination — based solely on AI analysis.
Article 6 (Data Protection and Use of External Models)
- Personal Information Processing: All data processing complies with the Company's Privacy Policy.
- Use of Data: Data is not used to train general AI models or for advertising purposes without the user's consent.
- External Services: External AI models (such as the OpenAI API) may be used for purposes such as report generation. In such cases, information is limited to the minimum necessary for service provision and is protected by security measures.
Article 7 (User Rights and Satisfaction Guarantee)
- Exercise of Rights: Users may request the viewing, correction, deletion, or suspension of processing of data used in AI analysis, and may inquire about results.
Report Satisfaction Guarantee: If a user is not satisfied with the results after viewing the report, they may request the following within 7 days of viewing:
- One free re-test / Report regeneration / Refund review request
- Specific criteria follow the Company's Refund and Subscription Cancellation Policy.
